Malibu East Condominium
Malibu East is a luxury, lake-front condominium high-rise located in the popular Edgewater neighborhood on Chicago’s north side. Built in 1970-71 by famed Chicago architect John Macsai, the 45-floor residential building encompasses 498 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, each with private balconies providing sweeping views of the city and lake.
True to its West Coast oceanfront namesake, Malibu East is decidedly upscale in appearance and appointments and is designed to take full advantage of its vibrant neighboring community to the west and the beauty and drama afforded by its unobstructed, panoramic views of Lake Michigan to the east.
