Above Malibu East Plaza are three floors dedicated to the building-managed valet indoor parking garage, with ample spaces to serve residents and their guests. Self-park and electric charging stations are also available.
Car/Bike Access/Egress
Entrance to Malibu East is through an elegantly-landscaped, protected courtyard providing weatherproof access to the lobby. The dual-entry drive provides access to both Sheridan Road and the stoplight-controlled intersection of Glenlake Ave for simple car/bicycle exit and entry.
Security/Maintenance
In addition to valet parking, Malibu East provides 24-hour doorman service, a 24/7 on-site engineer, and a staffed receiving room for packages delivered Monday through Saturday.
